    BERGEN COUNTY, N.J.- The only thing that I knew about Charles Dillon &#;Casey&#; Stengel before opening Casey Stengel: Baseball&#;s Greatest Character by Marty Appel was that he was worth $ as a yellow property on Monopoly&#;s New York Yankees edition.
